Jeremey and Ramon did a great job. Very professional

They were an overall great experience, easy to understand and helped walk through the process of trouble shooting the problems than finding a solution for the problem. It helped with how they also gave tips and advice on future projects that I had in store. Great service and amazing people of transparency so there’s no surprises.

Amazing customer service, extremely happy with them!

I was in Florida for a week visiting with my elderly father in law who has a security camera system that needed to be reset & reprogrammed. I called Ramon from CSI Global on Tuesday morning to explain the issue & asked him if there was anyway that this could be resolved before my visit ending on Sunday? He went above & beyond to accommodate us ASAP and sent a technician out the next day. I was beyond impressed and appreciative at the way he took the time to explain what needed to be done, he was professional, courteous, informative & friendly. The technician Jeremy that came out to the house to resolve the issue was very much the same. I can not say enough good things about this company & I would highly recommend them.

I loved this group. They were quick, efficient, professional and they explained the technology component in easy to understand terms. They followed up several times to make sure we were happy. And they cleaned up after completing their work. I would give them my highest rating across the board.

I had an alarm sounding and couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. The repair man fixed it in a matter of minutes.

Ramon and Jeremy were on time, professional, courteous, helpful by explaining every step of the installation process and provided excellent instructions as to how to use everything. They did a great job!! Jeremy, went above and beyond throughout the install process.

Very professional.

The owner is very reachable by email, phone always courteous . Installer equally professional and provide information when asked. The system is excellent to provide alerts by email, access by phone to view the surroundings. Overall very satisfied.

They answer the phone calls /text message /right away and follow up after installation to make sure the customer is satisfied

I can recommend everything from our sales consultant to our installer. Everything went smoothly. Very pleased with the product but the personal touch given was amazing. Tech support with immediate response. Can’t ask for any better. Very satisfied customer here.

Very respectful and knowledgeable

Great communication and follow through. I had Ramon do some work on my rental property, he communicated directly with my tenant (alleviated from having me calling back and forth) but did not forget to keep me in the loop. I was made aware of every step he was taking. He is a great contractor to hire but I especially recommend him to out of state property owners and landlords. Thanks for your service Ramon!

The tech rep was a complete professional. He addressed my problems immediately. I would recommend CSI Global to anyone who needs security services. I will be using CSI Global for all of my security services.

CSI Global (Ramon) went above and beyond since I hired them for my home security project. He was professional, very responsive and fulfilled all the requirements in record time! His technician Jeremy was very knowledgeable and his work is clean and concise. I would recommend CSI Global for all who are looking into their home security projects to be DONE WELL!

Very responsible and professional

The wife and I woke up this morning with our smoke alarms going off every 6-10 minutes or so. Not the beep when your batteries are low, but, the real deal. You can’t sleep and can hardly be in a house when that happens. We don’t have any ‘call the authorities’ system just traditional alarms. I called Ramon and he got right on it. Had me take photos of which type alarms we have and had his guy get them. He showed up and in less than an hour had 4 of them replaced. I should mention, they are between 15 and 18 feet high. When I was 40 I would have got the ladder out and done the work myself. Pushing 60 not taking the risk. So before my wife got home we had all new smoke alarms. This company does security system installs which is way more lucrative than replacing 24 year old smoke detectors. That he went to the effort he did for a small job is the kind of customer service not often seen. Oh, and I learned you should replace you detectors every 7-10 years. The age of ours caused them to fail.

They were an overall great experience, easy to understand and helped walk through the process of trouble shooting the problems than finding a solution for the problem. It helped with how they also gave tips and advice on future projects that I had in store. Great service and amazing people of transparency so there’s no surprises.

System fixed after 20 years of trouble!

Excellent customer service

Extremely professional and knowledgeable security company that addressed all needs and concerns with regard to home security and home surveillance. They did an amazing job installing and providing necessary training in operational aspects of the systems installed. They arrived on time and completed all installation in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for your security needs. All costs associated with project were explained ahead of time and there were no surprises upon job completion.

Service was done quickly and customer service was the best

Ramon and Jeremy are a good team. They went out of their way to work me into their schedule and the replacement of the carbon dioxide detectors went smoothly. Very professional and thorough.

Professional and accommodated around my schedule

Great company, good job, no problems.

Dependable and prompt

CSI installed a surveillance system upgraded to a 4K one, quickly and with professionalism. I recommend this company.

Ramon has a great work ethic.

I have troubleshoot with my surveillance cameras system. CSI would responded right away to fix the issue. Thank you.

CSI Global was courteous and friendly and patiently explained how their system worked and how they would install it. They cleaned up well and made sure everything worked fine. They were easy to reach if I had a question or had an issue with the system. I recommended them to family members considering adding cameras to their home.

Professional and easy to work with

Fast response , Solved the problem immediately, and was extremely knowledgeable. Very Pleased.

Extremely helpful in solving problems related to security and networking. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We all know what it s like to search the internet looking for a reliable company to handle the issue we are trying to tackle/resolve. Well in this case, my issue was finding the right company to install my surveillance camera system. I speak from experience because I had already been burned by another installer. I had my doubts as would anyone who has already had a negative experience in the past. I contacted CSI GLOBAL and from the very beginning my experience with them was hands down incredible. Ramon, the VP of Sales, contacted me and listened to my story about what had happened to me already with a camera installer. He seemed to really care and assured me that I had nothing to worry about if I decided to go forward with CSI Global. Well, he s a man of his word. He and his installer Jeremy came to my home for an initial visit. They listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that would fit my budget. The both of them were so profesional and extremely knowledgeable, the work and service provided to my home is a testament of their dedication and profession. Jeremy is the epitome of a true professional. He is someone who I believe takes extreme pride in his work and believe me, it shows. He made sure that prior to leaving I understood the system and felt comfortable using it. He informed that if I had any questions or concerns that I could call him at anytime which is reassuring. Prior to having my system installed I ve had the pleasure of talking with Ramon several times. As I previously stated, he is truly a man of his word. If there s anyone searching for a security system/surveillance system, take my word and contact CSI GLOBAL, you will not have to search any further.

Ramon and Jeremy both were amazing with the installation of our new camera system for our HOA. Within a month of going live we were able to catch a person vandalizing our entry gate and were able to prosecute with the video evidence and license plate camera. Will be adding more cameras with this company very soon!
