Great communication and follow through. I had Ramon do some work on my rental property, he communicated directly with my tenant (alleviated from having me calling back and forth) but did not forget to keep me in the loop. Ramon was responsive, very nice, and gave me options with prices ahead of the work. Jeremy did was courteous and did a through and complete on-site job. I had a 20 year old hard wire security system that they updated with new panels and got all of my zones working. I am happy with their work and recommend CSI Global.

Excellent customer service
CSI Global was courteous and friendly and patiently explained how their system worked and how they would install it. They cleaned up well and made sure everything worked fine. They were easy to reach if I had a question or had an issue with the system. I recommended them to family members considering adding cameras to their home.
