I was in Florida for a week visiting with my elderly father in law who has a security camera system that needed to be reset & reprogrammed. I called Ramon from CSI Global on Tuesday morning to explain the issue & asked him if there was anyway that this could be resolved before my visit ending on Sunday? He went above & beyond to accommodate us ASAP and sent a technician out the next day. I was beyond impressed and appreciative at the way he took the time to explain what needed to be done, he was professional, courteous, informative & friendly. The technician Jeremy that came out to the house to resolve the issue was very much the same. I can not say enough good things about this company & I would highly recommend them.

I use HomeAdvisor a lot to find good quality handyman work. As usual they came through and linked me with the perfect Company “CSI Global” for the job. Ramon was very informative, upfront, honest and fair. We spoke 1st on the phone and went back and forward on the type of system I needed/had. I advised him that the security system was a gift and I needed someone to install them for me. After reviewing the camera system, he gave some very informative information to help me get exactly what I wanted. He recommended a better upgrade which was not costly at all and was exactly what I needed. The point is he did not just come out and install the system to make a buck he came out and made sure I was happy and satisfied with what I needed, and he assisted me with that. He gave us a tutorial on how it works and for safety advised on what to do if there was a power outage. I am so please and happy with him and his crew. They gave me exactly what I wanted and needed also took time out to make sure it was safe and secure. I would use his service again and advise a friend. If your looking for someone to just take your money and don’t really care about your safety, then you’re playing a dangerous game. CSI on the other hand cares and makes sure it is done correctly. I pointed out that I wanted another camera installed for extra safety and low and behold he had his installer come back out and install the camera that very same day. The owner is very reachable by email, phone always courteous . Installer equally professional and provide information when asked. The system is excellent to provide alerts by email, access by phone to view the surroundings. Overall very satisfied.
