Ramon and Jeremy both were amazing with the installation of our new camera system for our HOA. Within a month of going live we were able to catch a person vandalizing our entry gate and were able to prosecute with the video evidence and license plate camera. Will be adding more cameras with this company very soon!

I use HomeAdvisor a lot to find good quality handyman work. As usual they came through and linked me with the perfect Company “CSI Global†for the job. Ramon was very informative, upfront, honest and fair. We spoke 1st on the phone and went back and forward on the type of system I needed/had. I advised him that the security system was a gift and I needed someone to install them for me. After reviewing the camera system, he gave some very informative information to help me get exactly what I wanted. He recommended a better upgrade which was not costly at all and was exactly what I needed. The point is he did not just come out and install the system to make a buck he came out and made sure I was happy and satisfied with what I needed, and he assisted me with that. He gave us a tutorial on how it works and for safety advised on what to do if there was a power outage. I am so please and happy with him and his crew. They gave me exactly what I wanted and needed also took time out to make sure it was safe and secure. I would use his service again and advise a friend. If your looking for someone to just take your money and don’t really care about your safety, then you’re playing a dangerous game. CSI on the other hand cares and makes sure it is done correctly. I pointed out that I wanted another camera installed for extra safety and low and behold he had his installer come back out and install the camera that very same day. Now I am very busy, and he worked with my schedule and never once got inpatient he was kind, caring and very aware of what my family needs of safety was and spared no time making sure my family was safe, Thanks Ramon to you and your crew! Great company, good job, no problems.
The wife and I woke up this morning with our smoke alarms going off every 6-10 minutes or so. Not the beep when your batteries are low, but, the real deal. You can’t sleep and can hardly be in a house when that happens. We don’t have any ‘call the authorities’ system just traditional alarms. I called Ramon and he got right on it. Had me take photos of which type alarms we have and had his guy get them. He showed up and in less than an hour had 4 of them replaced. I should mention, they are between 15 and 18 feet high. When I was 40 I would have got the ladder out and done the work myself. Pushing 60 not taking the risk. So before my wife got home we had all new smoke alarms. This company does security system installs which is way more lucrative than replacing 24 year old smoke detectors. That he went to the effort he did for a small job is the kind of customer service not often seen. Oh, and I learned you should replace you detectors every 7-10 years. The age of ours caused them to fail.
