We all know what it s like to search the internet looking for a reliable company to handle the issue we are trying to tackle/resolve. Well in this case, my issue was finding the right company to install my surveillance camera system. I speak from experience because I had already been burned by another installer. I had my doubts as would anyone who has already had a negative experience in the past. I contacted CSI GLOBAL and from the very beginning my experience with them was hands down incredible. Ramon, the VP of Sales, contacted me and listened to my story about what had happened to me already with a camera installer. He seemed to really care and assured me that I had nothing to worry about if I decided to go forward with CSI Global. Well, he s a man of his word. He and his installer Jeremy came to my home for an initial visit. They listened to my concerns and came up with a plan that would fit my budget. The both of them were so profesional and extremely knowledgeable, the work and service provided to my home is a testament of their dedication and profession. Jeremy is the epitome of a true professional. He is someone who I believe takes extreme pride in his work and believe me, it shows. He made sure that prior to leaving I understood the system and felt comfortable using it. He informed that if I had any questions or concerns that I could call him at anytime which is reassuring. Prior to having my system installed I ve had the pleasure of talking with Ramon several times. As I previously stated, he is truly a man of his word. They did an amazing job installing and providing necessary training in operational aspects of the systems installed. They arrived on time and completed all installation in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for your security needs. All costs associated with project were explained ahead of time and there were no surprises upon job completion.
I was in Florida for a week visiting with my elderly father in law who has a security camera system that needed to be reset & reprogrammed. I called Ramon from CSI Global on Tuesday morning to explain the issue & asked him if there was anyway that this could be resolved before my visit ending on Sunday? He went above & beyond to accommodate us ASAP and sent a technician out the next day. I was beyond impressed and appreciative at the way he took the time to explain what needed to be done, he was professional, courteous, informative & friendly. The technician Jeremy that came out to the house to resolve the issue was very much the same. I can not say enough good things about this company & I would highly recommend them.

The wife and I woke up this morning with our smoke alarms going off every 6-10 minutes or so. Not the beep when your batteries are low, but, the real deal. You can’t sleep and can hardly be in a house when that happens. We don’t have any ‘call the authorities’ system just traditional alarms. I called Ramon and he got right on it. Had me take photos of which type alarms we have and had his guy get them. He showed up and in less than an hour had 4 of them replaced. I should mention, they are between 15 and 18 feet high. When I was 40 I would have got the ladder out and done the work myself. Pushing 60 not taking the risk. So before my wife got home we had all new smoke alarms. This company does security system installs which is way more lucrative than replacing 24 year old smoke detectors. That he went to the effort he did for a small job is the kind of customer service not often seen. Oh, and I learned you should replace you detectors every 7-10 years. The age of ours caused them to fail.
The service and quality of the installation were the highest. Both Sales and the Installing Technician knew the product and were focused on Customer Service and Quality.
Great communication and follow through. I had Ramon do some work on my rental property, he communicated directly with my tenant (alleviated from having me calling back and forth) but did not forget to keep me in the loop. I was made aware of every step he was taking. He is a great contractor to hire but I especially recommend him to out of state property owners and landlords. Thanks for your service Ramon!
